Our Story
Ali Cares was founded in 2024 by Alison, inspired by her own experience trying to support her grandfather from afar.
He valued his independence and preferred living on his own, but still needed occasional help — with shopping, appointments, technology, and getting out and about.
Seeing how difficult it was to provide that support from a distance, Alison created Ali Cares: a service designed to help others in the same situation.
We offer gentle, practical assistance that helps people stay independent — and gives families peace of mind, no matter where they are.

Caring for others isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and it brings me real joy to make someone’s day a little easier or brighter. I’m naturally empathetic, a great listener, and I always go the extra mile to provide thoughtful, reliable care.
Families often tell me they feel reassured knowing their loved one is in safe hands — especially when they can’t be there themselves. I take that trust seriously, and it’s why I treat every person I care for with the same respect and kindness I would want for my own family.
